Converted 'Squires' Build your own! Ready made body & neck (ie a 'Kit') Fender Quo Signatures

This Fender Esquire guitar has been used by Rick for years and is a regular at Status Quo gigs.

The picture on the left shows Rick using this guitar during 'Rain'.

Its a 1960 model (SN 48937) and is currently being used when the band play the Mystery Medley (or the 'Milton Keynes Medley' as it has become known), Hold Ya Back, and Rain.

The guitar shown below has been totally hand made by Tony, and is one of two he has made for Bogus Quo.

Although Bogus Quo don't recreate any of Quo's medleys, Pete does use this guitar during the full version of the Mystery Song and, my all time favourite, Rain.

Our thanks to RATLY for the photo of Rick!
Note the bridge fitted to Rick's Esquire currently facilitates six individual saddles.

The photograph on the right was taken during Quo's 2005 tour.

The photograph of the Esquire shown in the 'Army' tour programme clearly shows the guitar fitted with what must be it's original three saddle bridge.

We're not sure when the new bridge was introduced.
